MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a professional service that we designed to help our patients manage their chronic conditions and medications. Premier Pharmacy offers many options that will make it easier for you to take your medications. Our pharmacist will provide a consultation, either in-person or by phone to answer your questions and address any concerns you have. During a medication management session, our pharmacist will evaluate your medications in the context of the patient as a whole, taking into consideration all of the health conditions and possible side effects. Our pharmacist will offer ways to manage your conditions and advice if more effective or affordable medications are available for your situation.
IMMUNIZATIONS
Our licensed pharmacists can administer all the necessary immunizations for you and your family. Schedule an appointment or walk-in at your convenience. There’s no prescription required. We offer a wide range of vaccinations from Flu, Pneumococcal, Whooping Cough, Shingles, and more. If you’re not sure which vaccines you may need, we’ll provide you with a free immunization screening and consultation to help you decide.
TRAVEL VACCINATIONS
Planning an international trip? Make sure you’re up to date on all recommended vaccinations before traveling abroad. Vaccination is the first and most important step that you should take to avoid health problems overseas. Make an appointment with your pharmacist to receive all required and recommended vaccines and medications you’ll need for your trip. There are many different vaccines. The vaccines you need to get before traveling will depend on where you will be traveling, how long is the stay, prior vaccination history, and the state of your health. Recommendations will be prescribed by your family doctor based on your travel destination. It is very common to receive a vaccination multiple months prior to departure. Be sure to plan ahead so you are immune when your departure day comes.
